Close-Up Shadow of a Star

Here's a close up pic for my final project in Exploration of Contemporary Art through Museums we had do something inspired by the artists in galleries we visited. I wanted to attempt an Andy Warhol meets Fiona Rae painting and chose no other than Davey Havok to be the focus XD

I don't paint so I was thrilled how this came out and it inspired me to take a painting class next semester This pic was referenced from one of the MTV Movie Award red carpet shots and I bleached it out on Photo shop and did on big canvas, i think it was 24 x 36 or something. The spiral type thing is done with black glitter and there are rhinestones on his eyes and ear because we have to give Davey his pretty glam wear ^_^

Everything else is paint, yay! I still want to add to this but I'll post it as it is for now. I have to work the upper left corner a bit.
